Patient Presentation:
18-year-old male, baseball player presents with left mid-foot pain.

History:
While running the magnetic bases, he suffered a mid-foot dorsiflexion injury after stepping on a base. Despite this, he continued playing. For the next 6 weeks, he self-treated the injury with ice and an ankle brace. Despite temporary relief, pain worsened.

Physical Exam:
Right foot: FROM. Mid arch height.

Left foot: FROM. Pes planus with loss of arch height present prior to injury. TTP of the navicular body and tuberosity. Pain with resisted plantar flexion, dorsiflexion, and adduction; no pain with resisted abduction.
