Abdominal doppler study of Aorta/Inferior vena cava/Iliac: Very mild proximal external iliac artery stenosis with velocity ratio of 2.4 (suggestive of >50% stenosis). Case Photo #1 . Case Photo #2 .
CT Angiogram Abdomen/Aorta with Runoff: “Mild to moderate stenosis of the proximal external iliac artery. No aneurysm. All other vessels normal.” Case Photo #3 .
Ankle Brachial Index:Right 1.14 and Left 1.19 (Normal at rest). Right 0.96 and Left 1.2 (With exercise) (15% drop is significant).
