Lab Studies:
An initial cardiac troponin was elevated at 0.04 (normal < 0.03) with a 3 hour repeat value equivocal at 0.03. D-Dimer and CRP were within normal limits. Infectious workup with CBC, CMP, urinalysis, and CXR were non-contributory.

Other Studies:
ECG demonstrated T-wave inversions in inferior leads II, III, and aVF. Case Photo #1
Cardiac CTA (CCTA) demonstrated anomalous origin of the right coronary artery, originating from the left coronary cusp and coursing intra-arterially, with significant narrowing at the ostium-indicated by the intersection of the cross-sectional guidelines (blue and green lines) in the linked image.
