POCUS in the office: A hypo-echoic, non-calcified, well circumscribed mass was seen in the area of the left piriformis and greater sciatic foramen (Photo 1). It measured 2x3cm. The sciatic nerve appeared normal distal to this point as it entered the hamstring. The sciatic nerve was not well visualized at the level of the piriformis.

MRI of the Left Hip with and without Contrast: Lobulated, sharply marginated, fusiform lesion measuring 4.4x3.5x3.2cm with intense post-gadolinium enhancement and peripheral fat signal intensity with mild central enhancement (Photo 2 and Photo 3).
