Lab Studies:
X-ray of the hip showed irregularity of the medial aspect of the left inferior pubic ramus. There was CAM lesion in the left neck of femur. Case Photo #1 MRI of the hip revealed stress fracture Case Photo #4 of the left femoral neck. Based on MRI results patient was placed non-weight bearing on crutches and was referred to the orthopedic sports medicine clinic. Patient was initially managed in the line of stress fracture and was placed on the protective weight bearing for 8 wks. Despite above measures, he continued having pain. MR arthrogram was ordered which revealed labral tear. Case Photo #2 Patient went for the hip arthroscopy which did not help control his pain.

Consultations:
Consulted to hip surgeon and he had to go for corrective surgery for his CAM impingement which permanently cured his problem and he was able to return back to sports. Case Photo #3
