Lab Studies:
Troponin is normal. ESR is 8 and CRP is 0.1.

Other Studies:
An electrocardiogram showed sinus tachycardia while standing. Echocardiogram showed dilated left ventricle with ejection fraction of 62 percent, no valvular abnormalities, and normal function. Heart monitor showed no recurrence of supraventricular tachycardia. Her tilt table showed a resting heart rate of 56 beats per minute while supine but the heart rate increased to 120 beats per minute at 3 minutes with 70 degrees tilt. She had near loss of consciousness at 4 minutes so the test was stopped.
