CT Brain without contrast: 3 mm right subdural hematoma and an adjacent subarachnoid hemorrhage with associated 3mm of right-to-left midline shift. No underlying skull fractures identified.

MRI Brain without contrast: 5 mm right subdural hematoma with adjacent subarachnoid hemorrhage better appreciated on CT associated with 3mm of right-to-left midline shift.
