Lab Studies:
Electrocardiogram: Sinus rhythm. Left ventricular hypertrophy Case Photo #1 .

There are prominent trabeculations and deep recesses noted in the left ventricle cavity in the lateral and apex wall. Right ventricle was normal in size and systolic function. There was no significant valvular disease Case Photo #2 .

Other Studies:
Cardiac MRI: Prominent hypertrabeculation of the left ventricle with the ratio of non-compacted to compacted myocardium of 2.3mm in the 4 chamber and short axis view suggestive of non-compaction phenotype. Mild left ventricular dilation and normal left ventricular systolic function at 55%-60%. There was no late gadolinium enhancement Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4 .
