X-ray Right Knee: Minimal medial patellofemoral degenerative joint disease without fracture of effusion. Case Photo #1

MRI Right Knee: 1.5 x 3.8 x 4.0 cm T2 hyperintense cyst-like structure with peripheral enhancement and multiple septations lateral to the iliotibial band at the level of the femoral condyles. Case Photo #2

Histopathology: Thinly encapsulated, pink/tan white mass with multiple cystic structures filled with gray sebaceous material and a brisk foreign body giant cell reaction.
