Lab Studies:
CBC, CMP, iron studies, TSH, Prolactin, B12, folate, LH, and FSH were all within normal limits.

Other Studies:
Plain radiograph revealed no acute fracture or malalignment of the right hip Case Photo #1 . MRI T2 image Case Photo #2 revealed edema at the right femoral neck and intertrochanteric region, mild cortical thickening, and periosteal reaction at the lower right femoral neck with an incomplete fracture line visible at the medial aspect of the right femoral neck. DEXA scan revealed bone mineral density within the expected range for her age.

Consultations:
Nutrition Evaluation revealed an insufficient dairy intake and unintentional under fueling, only consuming approximately 1800 kcals/day.
