Broad Differential Diagnosis:
A differential diagnosis included the following: exertional compartment syndrome, tibial stress fracture, peripheral nerve entrapment, lumbar nerve impingement with radiculopathy, atherosclerotic peripheral vascular disease, popliteal artery entrapment syndrome, and cystic adventitial disease.
