X-ray Hips bilateral Frog leg Case Photo #1 : No bony or soft tissue abnormally evident on these oblique views. Femoral heads symmetric in size and density. No destructive or sclerotic lesions.

MRI Pelvis W/O: Left sacroiliac joint septic arthritis with adjacent osteomyelitis. Significant soft tissue inflammation including several fluid collections compatible with abscesses in the region of/behind the iliopsoas musculature and also in left pelvic sidewall Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 .

Culture from CT guided abscess aspiration: methicillin resistant staph aureus
