Lab Studies:
Complete Blood Count and Comprehensive Metabolic Panel were unremarkable. Troponin negative. BNP normal. B12 normal. COVID, Flu and RSV negative.

Other Studies:
EKG: sinus bradycardia, left ventricular hypertrophy
Lumbar puncture: negative
MRA of brain/neck: unremarkable
MRI brain: unremarkable
MRI cervical/thoracic/lumbar spine: mild developmental central canal narrowing at the L4-5 and L5-S1 levels
Ultrasound of right upper and lower extremities: negative for DVT
Trans-thoracic echocardiogram (TTE): normal left ventricular systolic function, EF 55-60%
Trans-esophageal echocardiogram (TEE): small patent foramen ovale (PFO)
