Lab Studies:
The patient was sent to the emergency department where labs were significant for C-Reactive Protein 104, White Blood Cell Count 9.9, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate 7.0, and Creatinine Kinase 103. MRI of the pelvis was significant for abscess along the right medial iliac crest with surrounding muscle edema.

Other Studies:
X-ray of the pelvis and right hip: Pelvis and Right Femur Radiographs. No acute abnormalities.

MRI of the pelvis: Abscess along the right medial iliac crest with surrounding muscle edema.
