Left Lower Extremity Exertional Compartment Pressure Testing: negative

Gait Assessment:
Kinetics and Kinematics: Absence of left knee extension during stance, Sustained and abnormal left knee flexion throughout the gait cycle,

Surface Electromyography: Prolonged left hamstring firing in stance, Tibialis anterior and peroneal activation bilaterally

Plantar Pressures: Absence of mid foot pressure on the left

Gait Testing: non-specific gait abnormality. Post-exercise physical examination showed that gait abnormalities were more pronounced upon fatigue.
