Sister's lumbar spine x-rays Case Photo #1 showed a fracture through the pars interarticularis at the left L3 level without dislocation, arthritis, soft tissue calcifications, or disc space narrowing. No spondylolisthesis and no evidence of spina bifida occulta were observed.

Brother's lumbar spine x- rays Case Photo #2 showed six lumbar vertebral bodies with spondylolysis at the left L3. No dislocation, arthritis, soft tissue calcifications, or disc space narrowing was noted. No spondylolisthesis and no evidence of spina bifida occulta was observed.
