Right wrist radiograph: suggestion of slight widening of the scapholunate interval. The prominence of the interval has a symmetric appearance. Slight volar rotation of the scaphoid suggesting scapholunate dissociation (scapholunate angle 65 degrees). No fracture. No significant change with clenched fist imaging. Case Photo #1
MRI right hand/wrist: Abnormal T2 hyperintense internal signal extending through the volar, membranous and dorsal aspects of the scapholunate ligament compatible with tearing. Case Photo #2
