Patient Presentation:
A high-level Division-1 college pitcher (right hand dominant) felt a "tear and pop" at the end of his release phase during the pitching motion during a bullpen session.

History:
The student athlete was away from campus at the time of injury and was seen by an outside affiliated orthopedic surgeon.

Physical Exam:
When he presented to pre-participation physicals, there was mild restriction and pain at the extremes of external rotation of the right upper extremity.
