RIGHT LOWER LEG U/S DOPPLER:
No sonographic evidence of right lower extremity DVT. Ill-defined hypoechoic area of change measuring 29mm, raising a possibility of muscle tear and / or intra-muscular hematoma. However, neoplasm could not be excluded given mass-like appearance. An MRI w/o IV contrast was recommended.

RIGHT FEMUR X-RAY:
Mild degenerative changes of the right hip joint with Cam-type femoroacetabular impingement in the adequate clinical setting Case Photo #4 Case Photo #5 Case Photo #6 .

MRI RIGHT FEMUR W/O CONTRAST:
High-grade mid-substance right sartorius muscle tear with associated intramuscular hematoma, interfascial fluid, and significant surrounding edema Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 . A mass lesion was considered much less likely. A short-term follow-up in 3 months was recommended.
