Other Studies:
On x-ray, a small ossicle was noted adjacent to the coracoid process. Musculoskeletal ultrasound demonstrated hypoechoic regions in the subacromial and subcoracoid bursae. Additionally, MRI Case Photo #1 demonstrated a reduced coracohumeral interval, with severe distension of the subcoracoid and superior subscapularis bursae with synovial debris and reactive changes, and moderate to severe subscapularis tendinosis.
