Electromyography revealed electrodiagnostic evidence of bilateral sensorimotor radial mononeuropathies with primarily axonal features localizing between the spiral groove and posterior interosseous nerve. Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 Case Photo #4
Musculoskeletal ultrasound examination of the course of the patient’s left radial nerve and contralateral comparison study were performed. No focal sites of entrapment were visualized. His left brachioradialis had profound sarcopenia as did his left extensor carpi radialis brevis, extensor carpi radialis longus, and supinator muscles to a less significant degree.
