Lab Studies:
Right hip and pelvis X-ray showed no specific posterior wall acetabular fracture.
MRI of the right hip without contrast showed intact bilateral gluteus medius and minimus tendons. There was an anterior and superior acetabular chondrolabral junction tear with a small paralabral cyst. There was also significant bone marrow edema at the right sacroiliac joint.

Other Studies:
The patient was positive for HLA-B27.
