Right Foot Xray: Two separate fragments of the navicular, collapse of the lateral navicular Case Photo #1 , and osteoarthrosis at the talonavicular joint Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 .
Right foot MRI: Comminuted, longitudinally oriented fracture through the navicular, with a portion displaced dorsally. Cortical irregularity of the navicular at the articulation with the talus, with cartilage thinning and irregularity.
Left foot Xray: Deformity of the navicular, though less severe compared to the right.
