Chest X-Ray in emergency room: Possible plastic bending or nondisplaced fracture of the clavicle. Correlation with point tenderness is recommended. Case Photo #1

CT without contrast: Posterior dislocation of the head of the right clavicle at the level of the sternoclavicular joint by a full shaft diameter. Mild superior migration of the clavicular head relative to the sternal manubrium, findings consistent with disruption of the sternoclavicular ligaments and capsule. Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3

CT with contrast: No arterial vascular injury. Dislocation of right sternoclavicular joint with posterior displacement of the right clavicular head by a full shaft width in close approximation to the Brachiocephalic artery but does not contact it. Case Photo #4 Case Photo #5
