Lab Studies: N/A Other Studies: Chest X-Ray in emergency room: Possible plastic bending or nondisplaced fracture of the clavicle. Correlation with point tenderness is recommended. Case Photo #1 CT without contrast: Posterior dislocation of the head of the right clavicle at the level of the sternoclavicular joint by a full shaft diameter. Mild superior migration of the clavicular head relative to the sternal manubrium, findings consistent with disruption of the sternoclavicular ligaments and capsule. Dislocation of right sternoclavicular joint with posterior displacement of the right clavicular head by a full shaft width in close approximation to the Brachiocephalic artery but does not contact it.
