IR Angiogram: Unremarkable proximal subclavian artery with no evidence of compression between the clavicle and 1st rib. Fully patent axillary artery seen prior to provocative maneuver Case Photo #3 followed by compression of axillary artery at the level of the humeral head with provocative abduction and external rotation Case Photo #4 Case Photo #5 . Evidence of microembolization to digital vessels of 3, 4, and 5 Case Photo #6 .
