Lab Studies: No lab studies were conducted. Other Studies: X-ray of the right shoulder revealed a nondisplaced scapular spine fracture and possible posterior glenoid fracture. Case Photo #5 Case Photo #6 A CT shoulder without contrast revealed a nondisplaced oblique fracture of the scapular spine, running superolateral to inferomedial.
