X-ray of the right shoulder revealed a nondisplaced scapular spine fracture and possible posterior glenoid fracture. Case Photo #5 Case Photo #6 A CT shoulder without contrast revealed a nondisplaced oblique fracture of the scapular spine, running superolateral to inferomedial. No additional fractures of the scapula or glenoid were seen. There was mild AC joint arthropathy. Case Photo #7
