Lab Studies:
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), complete blood count (CBC), and comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) were unremarkable. HLA-B27 antigen positive

X-ray of hip, pelvis, and lumbar spine: Showed extensive bony edema in right sacrum and right ilium. Case Photo #1
MRI: Bilateral sacroiliitis. Right side appeared more quiescent with sclerotic changes, while the left side appear more active with reactive marrow change. Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3

*Of note, there was unilateral right sided sacroiliitis on MRI from 1 year prior at outside facility where labral pathology was identified prior to arthroscopy.
