Lab Studies:
CBC, BMP, BNP and troponin were all normal.

Other Studies:
EKG was normal in the Emergency Department.

Additional studies completed by cardiology weeks after discharge:
EKG - normal sinus rhythm with early repolarization in the lateral leads
Echocardiogram - normal with no septal hypertrophy
Holter monitor - normal
Exercise stress test - drop in systolic arterial pressure with signs of dizziness as patient was 46 seconds into recovery. No signs of ischemia. No ectopy. Excellent endurance.
Coronary CT angiography - normal
Pulmonary function tests - normal
Tilt table test - Negative for syncope. Positive for increase in pulse more than 30 beats per minute (51 to 84 in 3 minutes, reaching maximum 105) in the first 10 minutes of the passive phase.
