Radiographs of right foot (3 views: AP, lateral, and oblique): Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 no acute fracture or osseous abnormality noted.

Right foot magnetic resonance imaging study: Case Photo #4 , Case Photo #5 mild degenerative changes within the first MTP joint with an osteochondral defect within the proximal phalanx of the right great toe measuring approximately 5 mm. There is moderate underlying subchondral cystic change/edema. Mild intermetatarsal bursitis within the first interspace.
