Reduction of the dislocation was not attempted on the field as the patient had an intact neurovascular exam. Emergency Medical Services was called and the patient was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
XR Right foot and ankle: Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 Malalignment of all five metatarsals consistent with homolateral
Lisfranc fracture-dislocation of the right mid-foot. Fracture fragment of the proximal first
metatarsal. No other fractures or abnormalities.
CT Right foot and ankle: Unusual pattern of lateral dislocation of all five tarsometatarsal articulations. Fractures of the lateral cuneiform, second, third, and fourth metatarsal bases with displaced fragments at the tarsometatarsal junction. There is soft tissue edema of the midfoot plantar muscles.
