Lab Studies:
ESR, CRP, CK, ANA, RF, and Aldolase were all normal.

Other Studies:
EMG/NCS of right lower leg showed severe right deep peroneal neuropathy, decreased electrical activity in tibialis anterior, and denervation of the anterior compartment.
MRI right ankle without contrast showed no ligamentous, tendinous, or osseous damage.
MRI Tibia-Fibula/ Right Calf revealed diffuse edema of Tibialis Anterior and Extensor Digitorum Muscles that could be associated with denervation and no appreciable bony edema.

Compartment Pressure testing was only completed at rest and revealed severely elevated pressures at rest.
