Lab Studies:
Creatinine kinase elevated to 2,070. CBC, CRP and ESR were all normal.

Other Studies:
MRI Pelvis: Extensive signal abnormality in the right pelvis musculature compatible with strain, with lesser involvement of the lumbar paraspinal musculature and right thigh. Partial iliacus tear. Osseus structures normal without fracture. Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4 .

MRI Lumbar Spine: Normal MRI of the lumbar spine. Visualized compression of the right femoral nerve as it traverses between the enlarged and markedly abnormal iliacus and the iliopsoas.
