Case Photo #1 X-ray of the left wrist, 3 views including scaphoid, demonstrated a non-displaced radial styloid fracture.

Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4 , Case Photo #5 , Case Photo #6 MRI of the left wrist without contrast demonstrated a comminuted fracture of anterior aspect of the capitate with extension of the fracture lines to the articular surface. A non-displaced intra-articular radial styloid fracture was also appreciated on MRI.

CT of the left wrist without contrast demonstrated a comminuted capitate and radial styloid fractures in anatomic alignment with bridging sclerosis appreciated.

Consultations:
Orthopedics was consulted after the MRI imaging was completed.
