Xray Shoulder Left (7/23/22): Acute displaced fracture along proximal humeral physis with anterior displacement of the humeral shaft (Salter-Harris II). Case Photo #2 and Case Photo #3 Xray Shoulder Left (9/2/22): Healing Salter-Harris II fracture of the proximal left humerus Case Photo #1 .

Echocardiogram: trivial residual ventricular septal defect with left to right ventricular level shunt with mild residual mitral insufficiency and mild dilatation of the ascending aorta. Compared to the previous echocardiogram, there are no significant changes.
