Shoulder X-ray: Negative
Prior MRI without contrast:
Mild fraying of the bursal surface of the anterior to mid-supraspinatus tendon.
Bedside Ultrasound:
Tenderness to sonopalpation of the anterior deltoid just medial to the LHBT, reproducing symptoms.
LHBT intact, no sheath effusion.
Mild cortical irregularity to the supraspinatus tendon insertion without evidence of tear.
Infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis tendons intact.
AC joint normal.
