MRI of the right knee without contrast revealed redemonstration of now grade II osteochondritis dissecans along the medial femoral condyle measuring 9 x 7 mm, with suggestion of healing but with persistent subchondral marrow edema in the medial femoral condyle. New focal periosteal and endosteal edema along the posteromedial cortex of distal femur suggestive of grade 3 stress reaction Case Photo #7 Case Photo #8 . Intact menisci, cruciate, and collateral ligaments.
