Plain radiograph of the left shoulder demonstrated: Mild AC joint degenerative changes, old post-traumatic ossific density in the superior AC joint, anterior acromial spur, irregularity in prominence of the greater tuberosity, and an os acromiale.

MRI of the left shoulder demonstrated a high-grade partial tear of the supraspinatus at the insertion to the greater tuberosity, an anterior acromial spur, possible antero-inferior labral pathology, and an os acromiale.
