Lab Studies:
Vitamin D level of 28.1 ng/ml
Calcium level of 10.2 mg/dl

Other Studies:
X-ray of the right elbow with anteroposterior [photo 1] and lateral [photo 2] views were obtained and displayed no signs of fracture or soft tissue swelling. MRI of the right elbow [photo 3] [photo 4] [photo 5] revealed periosteal and endosteal marrow edema along the medial aspect of the distal diaphysis and metaphysis of the humerus. The biceps tendon was intact, no fracture, joint effusion, or chondral defect. Findings were consistent with Frederickson Grade 4a distal humerus diametaphysis stress injury.

Consultations:
Endocrinology was consulted who did not recommend any Vitamin D or Calcium supplementation given normal levels.
