Patient Presentation:
21 year old female college lacrosse player presented for a pre participation physical examination (PPE). The patient had multiple swollen masses that were noticeable over the patient's neck upon her entering the room. She noted them 2 months ago, but had ignored them. The Lumps started spontaneously and were painless. Other than fatigue, she had no other symptoms and no exposures.

History:
PMHx: Exercise induced Bronchoconstriction
FamHx: Bipolar disease
SocHX: College student, monogamous relationship.
Medications: Albuterol MDI
NKDA

Physical Exam:
Gen: pleasant, NAD
Neck: significant left sided lymphadenopathy
CV: regular, no murmurs
Lungs: CTA bilaterally, no axillary LAD
ABD: Soft. No HSM
Ext: well perfused
