Lab Studies: n/a Other Studies: She had an Xray of her lumbar spine which showed mild loss of disc space at L5-S1. She had an EMG-NCS which was normal and showed no left peroneal or tibial neuropathy or active lumbar radiculopathy. She underwent ABI testing pre and post exercise, which was normal Case Photo #1 . She underwent compartment pressure testing. After three minutes of running, her symptoms were evoked. At one minute post-exercise she had the following measurements: deep posterior compartment: 10 mmHg, superficial posterior compartment: 12 mmHg, lateral compartment: 120 mmHg, and anterior compartment: 32 mmHg Case Photo #2 . She also underwent a left leg doppler study which showed no DVT but did show compression of the left iliac vein between the iliac artery and the vertebrae Case Photo #3 Consultations: Upon establishing the dual diagnosis, vascular surgery was consulted for her left iliac vein compression.
