Lab Studies: None. Other Studies: X-ray of the left knee Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 showed no acute fracture. A moderate suprapatellar joint effusion was present. Lateral femoral notch sign (age unknown) was noted at the terminal sulcus Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 supporting concern for ACL re-tear prompting advanced imaging.¹ Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the left knee showed an intact ACL graft without meniscal, cruciate, or collateral ligament tears Case Photo #4 . A focal osteochondral injury within the lateral femoral condyle was present Case Photo #5 .
