WBC 17.2, Neutrophil 85.4, ALT 60, Alkaline phosphatase 89, Lipase 260
Urinalysis: protein 100, occult blood large, RBC 171

Other Studies:
FAST Ultrasound showed free fluid. CT of the abdomen showed grade 5 splenic injury including lacerations from the superior to inferior aspect, infarction at the upper pole anteriorly with majority of the inferior aspect shattered and moderate hemoperitoneum. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2
