High grade partial tear of proximal 3rd of the anterior cruciate ligament fibers
Complex tear within the junction of the body/posterior horn medial meniscus with extension into the posterior horn
Tear within the body/posterior horn lateral meniscus with extension into the posterior horn root attachment
Grade 3 sprain of the medial collateral ligament with ill defined distal medial collateral ligament fibers
Partial tear of posterior cruciate ligament
Subchondral marrow edema at the terminal sulcus lateral femoral condyle, posterior medial tibial plateau, and posterior lateral tibial plateau
