Initial visit xray hip - normal

MRI pelvis - partial tearing, edema, and fluid signal at the left quadratus femoris muscle centered at the ischiofemoral space and quadratus femoris space. Also a bulbous masslike effect at the site of edema raising the possibility of myositis ossificans. The pubic symphysis shows mild sclerosis consistent with mild enthesophytes. The origin of the abductors and the abdominal muscles without tears. Case Photo #1
