1. EKG: right axis deviation, no QRS or QT prolongation, consider normal variant in athletic patient
2. Echo: normal RV and LV function, no valvular defects, normal left main coronary origin, unable to visualize right coronary origin
3. Exercise EKG stress test: no ischemic changes or arrhythmias
4. Cardiac MR angiography: anomalous right coronary artery (RCA) off the left sinus of Valsalva Case Photo #1
5. CT angiography: anomalous RCA off the left sinus of Valsalva with intramural and interarterial course with compression Case Photo #2
6. Post surgical nuclear stress tests: did not demonstrate inducible ischemia
