Bipartite medial sesamoid vs. transverse fracture

Left Foot Non-contrast CT Scan:
Bipartite medial sesamoid. Slightly sharp margins of the medial sesamoid, as well as the lack of cortication in the adjacent fragments, most likely represent fracture. No evidence of AVN. The lateral sesamoid remains intact.
