AP Pelvis X ray: Expanded, bubbly appearance of the left acetabular region and superior pubic ramus.
Case Photo #1
MRI Pelvis W/WO Contrast: Mildly expansile cystic mass involving the left pubic bone. On T2 weighted sequences there is multiseptate appearance and multiple internal fluid hematocrit levels. There is no evidence of bone destruction. The surrounding soft tissues demonstrate normal signal in the muscles and subcutaneous tissues. On postcontrast imaging, it demonstrates minimal peripheral and septal enhancement.
