Lab Studies:
CBC with differential, ESR, ASO, and CRP are normal.

Other Studies:
Plain films of his lumbar spine and pelvis are normal. MRI of his pelvis demonstrates osteitis of the right ischium and inferior pubic ramus with fluid at the synchondrosis and edema of the adjacent obturator externus muscle Case Photo #1 . Additionally, a 1cm enhancing focus of the corpus cavernosum at the base of the penis was noted Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 . Ultrasound of this lesion is consistent with a hematoma Case Photo #4 Case Photo #5 .
