Xray Shoulder: Dysplastic glenoid and complete resorption/lysis of the proximal humerus; no visible humeral head, metaphysis, or proximal third of the diaphysis. Small areas of soft tissue calcifications at the proximal humerus in the area of remnant tuberosities. Case Photo #4

MRI Cervical and Thoracic: Chiari malformation with associated cervical syrinx that extends to the mid T9 level of the thoracic cord.

MRI Shoulder: Complete diffuse full-thickness retracted tears of the rotator cuff tendons with diffuse severe fatty infiltration and atrophy of the rotator cuff musculature. Case Photo #5

Shoulder joint aspiration: 100 cc of bloody, thin, and sticky fluid was aspirated. No white count. Negative cultures
