Elbow radiographs 1 week and 6 months post-injury were unremarkable Case Photo #1 .
MRI of the right upper extremity 3 weeks post-injury was unremarkable Case Photo #2 .
EMG performed at 6 months following symptom onset was normal.

Compartment pressure measurements obtained 7 months following pain onset revealed elevated pressure in the dorsal and lateral forearm compartments (dorsal: rest 14 mmHg, post-exertion 50 mmHg; lateral: post-exertion 37 mmHg). Volar compartment pressures were within the normal limits.
